As someone who never writes reviews I really thought I should for the outstanding service offered by Witham Garage and Simon in Sales. Had an excellent sales process and bought a Golf that was well priced just before Christmas. On pick up on 20th Dec there was an issue with the clutch when driving the car home. I called Simon late on Friday night who immediately booked the car into their service team who replaced the clutch and flywheel on Monday and had the car ready for me on Christmas Eve. At a difficult time of year, absolutely excellent service all round. Never used them before but would highly recommend.

What a lovely experience it was to buy my car from Simon at Witham Garage. We travelled an hour to view the car and there was no pressure at all, we had a nice wander round and then went to view the car we was interested in. Simon was very helpful, answered all our questions and the whole experience was pleasurable and relaxed. It was a yes after the test drive, even part exchanged my car. A week later my new pride and joy is on the drive and am even looking forward to driving to work. Give them a go as buying a car from Simon and the team is a nice relaxed experience.

Bought a used car from Witham garage. The process was made very easy by Mike the salesman. We had a short test drive sat down with a cup of tea and talked figures. Once we had the figures we said yes, one week later and we picked up the car. It\'s faultless a really lovely car, very well presented and a joy to drive. I popped into the showroom after attending the cheese festival on 21/5/23 to have a look at some trucks and came across a beautiful VW Tiguan I talked to Mike Mongiello about the car had a good look round when he got me all the details I asked if I could see about my options he did a basic search and I put a deposit down there and then. I couldn't have asked for better service Mike was brilliant easy to deal with extremely helpful jump through hoops for me and it paid off. It was fantastic I can't thank him and his efforts highly enough. Thanks Mike and I would strongly recommend going to see what vehicles they have great little garage. Mike was brilliant and all the other staff that Ive met with really really nice and helpful people. I'll be getting my next vehicle from them for sure. Thank again kelvin

What a great dealership , looked at a 2019 Skoda Octavia scout dsg they advertised on line reserved with a £250 deposit , gave me a good px price on my vw Touran , collected car 7 days later and it was prepared to a very high standard , I would definitely recommend this dealership thanks again

Best experience ever buying a car!! Nothings to much trouble for them!! I viewed a car on the way to see grandkids in Essex and as we live in Sheffield it was only a small detour to call and view the vehicle!! they was so busy on the day but as soon as someone was free the experience of buying from them was great!! From a no hassle view of the vehicle in your own time and your own pace to asking a few questions all the way to eventually picking the car up after over two weeks after we have no complaints!! I might add the reason for the two week wait was nothing to do with Witham garage it was us staying at our daughters and then us finishing of the purchase!! I might add that we also had Simon running around Melton Mowbray attempting to apply disabled tax to our new purchase and him doing his uppermost best to get it done for us as quick as possible!! Nothing was to much trouble for him and as a dealership and purchase we have no complaints the car is amazing the whole process was brilliant and the salesman himself a genuine honest guy thanks for a perfect but and would recommend this place to anyone interested in their vehicles

I have just purchased a car from Witham Garage. The sales garage is well stocked , with a generous flow of staff. Each member who walk passed me acknowledged me and even on the telephone, each member has been happy to help.
I have been lucky enough to have purchased a car from Rob, who has a calm and informative demeanour , which put me at ease instantly. Within an hour I had test driven two cars and stacked a deal. He also kept within my budget. Three days later I collected the car!
To put Simply, this was a smooth purchase with the help of a wonderful salesman.

High quality cars with a down to earth service! I can\'t praise Rob highly enough. We had a 4 1/2 all round journey to pick my Nissan Juke up, it was everything Rob said it would be. We engaged in multiple conversations, and after about a week or so took the plunge and drove down. Very happy I did. He even put in a tank of petrol to get us back home. I can\'t recommend this garage highly enough! And (hopefully not any time soon) I would definitely drive another 4 1/2 hours for a beautiful clean car, and a friendly pleasant service. *****

Dealing with Witham Garage was an extremely easy, efficient and pleasant experience. I anticipated painful and awkward negotiations regarding part-exchange tied in with a purchase, as was my previous experience when changing my vehicle elsewhere.
